An ingenious and simple process UPCAST, step by step:

1) The Cathodes are loaded automatically in the melting Furnace that is an Induction Furnace (a)

2) The melted copper is transferred through a Launder (b) to the Maintenance Furnace (c)

3) The Withdraw Machine (d) together with the cooling dies are over this Furnace; the casting process begins upward. The metal is continually pulled through a Graphite die. The die it is mounted on the cooler that is cooled by water and it is in this precise moment that the copper solidifies. The withdraw machine pull upward the solidified wire rod that is done by traction system, of unique design.

4) Finally, the solidified rods are drive to the collers(e) at regulated speed.
